Thực ra have got to = have to đấy :( Nhưng modal have to đâu được viết thành short form dạng I've to đâu :| Chẳng có tài liệu nào cho viết kiểu ấy và search thì cũng thấy hiếm @.@

Thực ra bài của bạn ở đề thi năm nào đó đã có kết quả rồi.
Have got to dùng là đúng :)) Và cái gì đã được công nhận thì cứ làm cho an toàn thôi =))
Riêng về phần tớ thì tớ nghĩ nếu để have got to hay have to đều không được hợp lý lắm vì have (got) to và must có nhiều điểm khác biệt (một bị ảnh hưởng bởi nguyên nhân hướng nội, một là hướng ngoại) , những điểm khác biệt ấy có thể dẫn đến sai sót nhỏ trong câu viết lại.
