các bạn ơi mình cũng có 1 số thắc mắc nho nhỏ đây:
1)trong bảng liệt kê các động từ theo sau là V_ing có từ "continue" nhưng thực tế thì mình vẫn thấy từ "continue" có "to_V" đi theo sau mà
2)cũng trong bảng động từ theo sau là V_ing này mình thấy có từ "dread" (V) sợ hãi nhưng khi tra từ điển mình thấy người ta dùng với "to V" có nghĩa là "sợ làm gì " mà???

đừng làm bài một cách quá máy móc
Ở trường hợp continue mà có to thì bn có thể cho vd ko? Vì có thể trong câu nó sẽ mang ý nghĩa khác, hãy láy hcính vid dụ mà bn đọc đc và đang thắc mắc

Theo mình biết thì có 1 số động từ sẽ hok có sự thay đổi về ngầi nếu sau nó là "to-V" hay là "v-ing": Start, begin, continue, propose, intend.
- Một số động từ sau sẽ có 1 chút thay đổi về nghĩa: like, love, prefer, hate

+ like to-V: ý muốn tức thời

+ like V-ing: sở thích lâu dài

- Các từ có sự thay đổi hoàn toàn về nghĩa:

+ try to-V: Cố gắng làm ji

try V-ing: thử làm ji

+ stop to-V: dừng lại để làm ji

stop V-ing: thôi hok làm ji nữa

+ regret to-V: hối tiếc vì những điều sắp phải làm

regret v-ing: hối tiếc vì đã làm ji

+ forget to-V: quên việc lẽ ra phải làm

forget V-ing: quên việc đã làm

+ remember to-V: nhớ việc lẽ ra mình phải làm

remember V-ing: nhớ việc mình đã làm

+ go on + to-V: kết thúc hành động này, bắt đầu hành động khác

go on+ V-ing: tiếp tục công việc mình đang làm

+ mean to-V = intend to-V: dự định làm ji

mean v-ing = involve: bao gồm, bao hàm, có nghĩa là

Thay vì mỗi cái bạn ghi to do smt, bạn gộp lại tất cả những Verb chỉ đi với to V1 vào 1 khung, những verb đi với ving, và những verb đi với cả 2(cái này thường có 2 nghĩa riêng biệt, ghi cả 2 nghĩa ra)

don't need to do sth cần nhớ đấy nha
và passive voice của need cũng rất đặc biệt có 2 cách để sử dụng

Một số từ đặc biệt như advise ,encourage,allow,recommend,permit khi có tân ngữ đi kèm theo sau như me, us, them sẽ là to do sth nhưng khi không có tân ngữ đi kèm sẽ là doing sth (cái này khó đây nha)
S + to be + happy/glad/pleased/sad/disappointed/relieved/amazed/astonished to do sth
(It is)+nice/kind/mean/stupid/silly/clever/polite/careless/generous to do sth
chose to do sth lựa chọn làm gì
Adventure to do sth :mạohiểm làm gì
It’s time (for Sb) to do th: đến lúc ai đó phải làm gì

It takes Sb Time To do St : khiến ai đó mất bao nhiêu t làm gì
It’s adj + (for Sb) to do st :chủ ngữ giả
Too adj to do st :quá để làm gì

look forward(sb) to doing st : mong chờ ai đó làm gì
To be imposible/possible (for Sb) to do St: không thể /có thể làm gì

To be Wont to do sth :có thói quen làm gì
