$y=(2x-1)(3-x)=(2x-1)(6-2x)\dfrac{1}{2}$
$\leq \dfrac{(2x-1+6-2x)^{2}}{4}.\dfrac{1}{2}=\dfrac{25}{8}$
$=> max=\dfrac{25}{8}<=>2x-1=6-2x<=>x=\dfrac{7}{4}$
