Theo đề bài này thì mình nghĩ sẽ chọn hướng đồng ý nha:
Đầu tiên thì phải xác định reading culture là gì?
-Theo highspeedtraining
A reading culture is an environment where reading is championed, valued, respected, and encouraged.
Sau đó có thể nhận xét về tình hình của văn hóa đọc sách ngày như thế nào?
Ví dụ : -The culture of reading has been gradually declining in recent years.
- the rapid development of technology, people are more likely to spend time on their phones or computers instead of reading.
-reading requires a lot of time and effort which are not always available in our busy lives.
Từ đó đưa ra các giải pháp sau:
-we should develop and spread new ways for people to read more conveniently like e-books or mobile libraries.
-provide books in schools as a way of encouraging children to read
-provide free access to e-books for those who cannot afford them.
-encourage people to writing reviews on books they read

Bạch Tử ThiênĐầu tiên bạn nên gạch ra các ý mà mình nghĩ được và chọn ra một số ý ( tầm 2-3) cảm thấy hợp và hay nhất. Phần này có thể viết ra một đoạn riêng kiểu như tại sao phải preverse reading culture ( nãy mình cũng định viết vào mà tự nhiên quên mất:<).
Bạn tham khảo một số ý nha:
-Reading is an activity that can help people to be more imaginative and to develop their critical thinking skills.-> Có thể đưa ra một số tựa sách bán chạy mà nhiều người nổi tiếng recommend: Đắc nhân tâm(How to win friends and Influence People ), Nhà giả kim(The Alchemist),...
- It is not just a way to gain knowledge. Reading can provide us with an escape from the daily life and make us feel refreshed.-> cái này khó đưa ra ví dụ cụ thể nên bạn có thể kiểu như này: Imagine after a heavy workload, Nothing can even greater that you can enjoy some hot tea and explore another world in the book that contains numerous fantasies.
-The culture of reading is important not only for the readers but also for the writers. Writers need readers to get their message across and spread their knowledge. Without readers, writers cannot achieve their goals.

Thus, the fact that various spiritual value in books has faded away shows us that it is high time to take action to maintain and develop the reading culture.
