What this person did to help you​

Why you were late = Tại sao bạn lại đi học muộn.​

And explain whether your lateness affected anyone or anything. (Giải thích nếu lần đi muộn của bạn ảnh hưởng đến ng khác, những thứ khác)

2. An occasion you got help from someone
Talk about an occasion when someone did something kind to you
You should say:

When was that = điều đó xảy ra vào khi nào, bạn có thể chọn thời điểm như when I got lost (khi tôi đi lạc), when I rode my bike to school and suddenly my bike chain broke (đang đi trên đường thì hỏng xích xe) ...
Who helped you = ai giúp đỡ bạn, bạn có thể viết một người bất ký ví dụ như a passer-by (người qua đường), my brother (anh trai tôi) ...
What this person did to help you = người đó đã làm gì để giúp bạn​

And also explain why you need help = giải thích tại sao bạn lại được giúp đỡ
