Nếu có quá nhiều câu đúng ngữ pháp thì người ta nói làm gì, nếu mà có nói đi nữa thì cũng k diễn đạt kiểu này.

Căn bản thì thấy reliable có thể dùng với vật, trong khi trustworthy chỉ dùng để nói về tính cách m phẩm chất con người
trustworthy : có thể tin tưởng được , có thể giữ bí mật
reliable : có thể tin tưởng vào cách làm, khi ai đó "reliable", họ khiến ta tin tưởng vào cách làm ăn của họ, họ sẽ không khiến ta thất vọng , không đi lạc những suy nghĩ ta nghĩ về họ.

Theo anh thì ở đây người ta muốn emphasize cái honesty của người đó thôi để có thể tin cậy vào, hơn nữa search Google cụm "an honest, reliable, trustworthy person" thì nó vẫn ra đầy.

Trong Dictionary for learners có giải thích
GIANT-SIZED : AN OBJECT THAT IS GIANT-SIZED IS MUCH BIGGER THAN OBJECT OF ITS KIND USUALLY ARE.
Tất nhiên key thì còn đợi Yến. Nhưng thường thì các compound adj đều có dạng adv + v/n-ed thì phải mà 8->~
