Câu này làm thế nào?

Nếu hiring emploees nghĩa là sự thuê nhân viên thì employee phải ko có -s chứ, đúng ko?

2. have been. Vì ở chủ động nó là trong quá khứ thì trong bị động là to have been, hiện tại thì ứng vs to be

"sự" là động danh từ vs từ hire->hiring, ko liên quan đến việc employee có s hay ko.
