em không biết phải học mục nào trước cả. Và cũng không có trang nào có đúng chương trinh em đang học ở trừơng

theo chị học từ vựng rồi học ngữ pháp sau đó là làm bài tập luôn|-)

The human heart

​

The strongest part of every human body is the heart.The heart is an amazing muscle.Unlike other muscles,the heart never gets tired, and it never stops during your lifetime How strong is the human heart?Well, get a tennis ball and squeeze it.Your heart squeezes to push blood through your body. How many times can you squeeze that tennis ball?Your heart does this 100,000 times each day!
► The heart has 4 "rooms" or chambers. Each room has a door, or valve. The upper rooms are atria, the bottom rooms are ventricles.The basic job of the blood is to move blood through the body.Blood first moves into the heart to the right atrium. Then it moves down into the right ventricle and out into the lungs. [A] Blood comes back into the right heart by left atrium and them moves down into the left ventricle. Finally, the heart pumps the blood back out in the body.
When you exercise ,your heart beats faster . This is because your muscles are using more oxygen. You can find your fastest, heathy heartbeat by subtracting your age from 220. [C] For example, the maximum heartbeat for a 20-year-old is about 200 beats per minute. [D] Your heart can beat faster than this, but it is not healthy.
