Em có 2 BIG QUESTIONS về câu hỏi đuôi, Cần gấppppppppppp lắm ạ :|
1. It's a pity that Seila didn't know about it,.....?
Câu này em làm là isn't it ạ, nhưng mà lúc cô em chữa thì cô bảo là did she :| Em nghe thấy hơi lạ lạ, nhưng không thấy bọn học giỏi nói gì, chắc hẳn bài bọn nó cũng như thế /:) Em nghĩ câu này là vầy: Thật đáng tiếc rằng Seila đã ko biết về điều đó, thì ý (mơ hồ) của câu hỏi đuôi đáng ra phải là "có nên đáng tiếc không" chứ, sao lại hỏi cho vế sau được ạ :|
2. Câu hỏi đuôi của câu mệnh lệnh
Cô em dạy là Nếu trước dấu phẩy là câu mệnh lệnh thì sau đó phải là WOn't you hoặc Will you. Thế mà lúc nãi lên mạng Search topic về Câu hỏi đuôi thì trên englishtime.us bảo là câu mệnh lệnh thì câu hỏi đuôi luôn là Will you, không được won't you.
Ai giỏi anh thì giúp em với ạ :D Nhưng mong các bác trả lời rõ ràng để em còn đi thanh minh vs thầy cô, không thì sức trò vs sức thầy e là... /:)

câu 2 này, ở câu mệnh lệnh kể cả câu khẳng định và phủ định ta đều dùng đuôi hỏi ''will you''

Rất chắc chắn!

Đây là phần chủ động, bị động mà mình chẳng hỉu làm hai câu này:
Change the sentences into passive:
1 They are going to have someone repair car tomorrow
-> They..................................................................
2 We enjoy writting letters.
-> We....................................................................
giúp mình cái nhé hichic
câu 2
We enjoy writting letters
-> We were enjoyed written letter
1,
=> They are going to have car repaired tomorrow

Đây là cấu trúc bị động của thể sai khiến

* Chủ động: S + have + object (person) + V nguyên
- S + get + object(thing) + to V
* Bị động:
- S + have/get + object(thing) + past participle (phân từ hai) (by+object)

Câu 2 mình nghĩ không ổn lắm :|. Hình như không phải chuyển câu bị động thì phải.

You did it great, Bandcrid. Here's my suggested key, you can take it as your reference. ^.^

1. The manager says that he'd like to have a word with you about the sales figures tomorrow.
2.No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't open the window.
3.She's always ready/ willing to assist everyone
4.There has been a decreased demand for cars this month/ There has been a (an) (reduction/ decline/ decrease) in đeman for car this month.
5.Bill put his sucesss down to incredible luck
6. I'm not in the mood for a serious conversation.
7.If the foundation hadn't been weak, the building wouldn't have collapsed.
8.He is enthusiastic about environment which impressed me.
9.The bank robber threatened to shoot the clerk if he moved.

@...

1. If you want to restore your consumers confidence, don't ... them ...

~> What about "let em down" ? (I think go up, it means the price's increase , show me your understanding)

You should remember that "them" refers to "your consumers". It doesn't add up, does it ? What did you mean by that ? :-SS Price up your customers ? :eek:

I think "let somebody down" (= make somebody disappointed ) is the most suitable phrasal verb to fill in the blank. Inserting to the gap, the sentence make a very good sense.

If you want to restore your consumers confidence, don't LET them DOWN

~> IF YOU WANNT TO GAIN BACK YOUR CUNSUMERS CONFIDENCE (=BELIEF ), YOU MUST BE RELIABLE / YOU SHOULD NOT MAKE THEM FEEL DISAPPOINTED.

3. They have looked up to numerous opposition to the plan. (sorry)

MY ANSWER IS "COME UP AGAINST" :D Y NO U pay it a thought ;) ?
