-To improve speaking skills, some videos about pronunciation on youtube may help or simply you can talk in English at any time you like and try to make a habit of it.You also can try some logical methods, for instance, shadowing.
-About learning reading skills, you should spend a certain amount of time practicing and when checking the answers, you'd better figure out your mistake and note them down.
-Writing skills also need hard practices and the important thing is that you should notice some rules, for example, you aren't allowed to write in short form in essays or there are many differences between formal and informal letters.
