theo chị từ absolutely:hoàn toàn sai vì trc nó dùng can be: có thể, ở trc nó ng nói k chắc chắn mà đằng sau nó lại dùng "hoàn toàn" nó mâu thuẫn nhau


dịch câu trên : 1 chiếc ô tô có thể hữu ích khi bạn đang vội

absolutely used to emphasize that something is completely true

Cấu tạo từ.

Cho mình hỏi: "responsible" có nghĩa là " có trách nhiệm". Vậy nếu cấu tạo thế nào để có nghĩa phủ định "thiếu trách nhiệm".
