Tớ thắc mắc ở chỗ. tại sao believed và escaped đều là quá khứ mà lại dùng to have + P.P

Ở "is believed" là bị động, thì hiện tại. Còn "escaped" là thì quá khứ. Do chênh nhau về thời ở "is believed" và "escaped" nên bạn phải viết là "to have escaped" chứ không phải là "to escape" để chỉ ra rằng việc anh ta "escaped" xảy ra trước việc anh ấy "is believed"
