==> the officier want to know the reason why I didn't report the incident to them last week
phải là the police chứ nhỉ! :D

còn câu 4 thì nghĩ thế này hợp lý hơn:
==> The destruction of most of the old city of London in 1600s was caused by a fire.

1. sử dụng so sánh ngang bằng as ......as
2. cấu trúc it take/ took + khoảng thời gian so + to V = S + spend/ spent + Ving : mất bao nhiêu thời gian của ai đó để làm gì

...sb spend howlong doing st = It take sb howlong time to do st
