= => he was seen to steal your car
3. The teacher is watching them work
==> they are being watched to work by the teacher
4. He won't let you do that silly thing again
==> He won't let that silly thing done by you again.
5. People don't make the children work hard
==> The children aren't made to work hard
6. They made him work all day
= => he was made to work all day
7. The detective saw the woman putting the jewelry in her bag
==> the woman was seen putting the jewelry in her bag by the detective

Cách chuyển câu bị động thành câu chủ động

1.Câu có động từ khiếm khuyết
Câu chủ động: S + model V + V1 + O
Câu bị động : S + model V + be + V3 + by O

2.Mẫu câu bị động thì hiện tại đơn
Thì HTĐ : S + V(s,es) + O
Câu bị động : S + is/am/are + V3 + by O

3.Mẫu câu bị động thì quá khứ đơn
Thì QKĐ : S + Ved/V2 + O
Câu bị động : S + was/were + V3 + by O

4.Mẫu câu bị động thì tương lai đơn
Thì TLĐ : S+ will + V1 + O
Câu bị động : S + will + be + V3 + by O

5.Mẫu câu bị động thì hiện tại hoàn thành :
Thì HTHT : S + have/has + V3 + O
Câu bị động : S + have/has + been + V3 + by O

6.Mẫu câu bị động thì hiện tại tiếp diến
Thì HTTD : S + is/am/are + V-ing + O
Câu bị động : S + is/am/are + being + V3 + by O

7.Mẫu câu bị động thì quá khứ tiếp diễn
Thì QKTD : S + was/were + V-ing + O
Câu bị động : S + was/were + being + V3 + by O
*Lưu ý : + Nếu câu chủ động có tân ngữ là people, they, everybody, someone, somebody,.... thì khi chuyển sang câu bị động ta có thể bỏ những tân ngữ đó.
+ Trạng từ chỉ nơi chốn đứng trước by
+ Trạng từ chỉ thời gian đứng sau by
Nếu khó nhớ quá thì các bạn có thể học thuộc form sau :
Where by When
Trong đó : Where là trạng từ chỉ nơi chốn, còn When là trạng từ chỉ thời gian.
