Trong bài điền từ của mình có câu này, theo bình thường thì "seem" sẽ đi với to V mà s trong câu này nó đi với V luôn vậy ạ

Câu này nguồn ở đâu bạn nhỉ? SEEM có cấu trúc như sau:

Subject + SEEM + Adjective
Subject + seem + to Verb-infinitive + Object
Subject + seem + to have + past pariticiple + Object
Subject + it seem + that + clause
Subject + it seem + as if + noun + clause
Subject + it seem + like + noun + clause
Subject + it seem + like + noun + phrase

Set ở đây là tính từ bạn nhé. Câu đấy có nghĩa là "tội phạm máy tính có xu hướng sẽ tăng", dịch một cách mượt mà là như thế đó.
