sau appear + to verb chứ ít khi đi với phrase lắm, nhất là trong trường hợp này khi chủ ngữ giống nhau thì dùng to chứ ko dùng phrase ( Making punishments = it ). còn make any/no difference thì là cụm lun rồi, luôn ở singular.

câu D đúng vì Grounds mang nghĩa là "a general opinion or set of attitudes" (cái này mà dịch ra tiếng Việt thì nó sẽ .... lệch lạc và dẫn đến hiểu lầm nên mình ko muốn dịch ra ). còn places thì chắc chắn ko hợp lí rồi. còn fields mang nghĩa như lĩnh vực mà người ta học hoặc hoạt động , area mang nghĩa rộng hơn fields nó bao gồm các hoạt động liên quan đến một lĩnh vực nào đó (phạm vi).

chắc là B vì mình hay thấy các tác phẩm (nhất là mấy đoạn kì bí) họ hay dùng từ này . reveal là tiết lộ, inform thì chắc chắn ko phải vì nó mang nghĩa cung cấp thông tin j` đó, express là thể hiện (1 cảm xúc nào đó) và show gần như express.
