Mn xem mình làm đúng chưa ạ. Câu 12 nếu chia là wouldn't start có đc ko? Do mình nhớ wouldn't còn sử dụng để nói về mấy thứ ko như mong muốn trong qk ấy

He (9- be ) ...was... afraid he (10- be ) .would be..... late for work because his car (11- break down )...had broken down... and it (12- not start ) ...hadn't started... . I explained that I (13- not go )...wouldn't go... into town but I (14- can ) ..could.... give him a lift to the railway station.
