Dear Adam,
It was nice to hear from you again. It's great news that you're coming to our town. You must tell me the dates and I will try to meet you that day, so that we can go around the town together. I really want to catch up with you.
There are lots of things we could do together. I think you'll want to do some fairly active things after sitting on the coach for many days. I think we should go sight-seeing. There are a lot of historical places to visit and you can get some really good photos to take to your family.
What time do you have to leave? If you're here in the evening, I would really recommend a visit to the theatre to see a musical. If I book early, I think I will be able to get some tickets.
Anyway, let me know what you think, and write back with the dates soon. I'm really looking forward to seeing you.
