I have ever attended a lot of festivals. But I love Tet best. Tet is a traditional festival in my country. It usually lasts three days but celebrations continue for at least the first week of the New Year. Before Tet, people in my country often make Chung Cakes and Tet cakes. We clean and decorate my house to welcome Tet. My mother takes me to the market to buy some new clothes, fruits, jams, candies and red envelopes. At the New Year's Eve, my family goe to the Flower market and watch fireworks. My father often buys a branch of Mai flower or a Kumquat tree. On the first day of Tet, we visit relatives, friends. neighbors,.... I am given lucky money inside the red envelopes from adults. Then, I give their a lucky, healthy wish such as: “wish you a happy new year”, “wish you in a good healthy”, etc.
Tet is the most important festival for Vietnamese people. These are funny and happy days that people prepare and welcome new year together. So I love thís festival very much
