Writing:

I was born in a village. Certainly, I prefer living in the country to living in the city. In the countryside, you can enjoy fresh air and get on well with everybody. People here are very friendly. Life is simple and peaceful. You can look many beautiful views. You can feel the favour of innocence, natively and simplicity. In country, there is no traffic jam like city. When seeing the sight of immense green fields, of tea-planted hills with bamboos and the sinous and muddy path, fills your heart with joy and happiness. I love the village so much. Never does the city have great things as the countryside.

câu 2: He hardly does any homework

Needn't là modal verb nên + bare inf.
@Gioxanh: Modal verb chứ k phải là model verb

Câu này thiếu to: apologise to sb for sth / for doing sth

Còn câu 7 thì là inversion của Conditional Sentence Type 3

Câu Điều Kiện Loại 3.
Câu điều kiện loại 3 còn có thể được gọi là câu điều kiện quá khứ không thật.
Cấu trúc này được dùng khi ta muốn đặt một giả thiết ngược lại với điều gì đó đã xảy ra trong quá khứ.

* Công thức câu điều kiện loại 3:
IF + Chủ ngữ 1 + Động từ chia ở thì quá khứ hoàn thành + Bổ ngữ, Chủ ngữ 2 + WOULD/COULD HAVE + PP.

- Nói cách khác, ở câu điều kiện loại 3, mệnh đề IF dùng thì quá khứ hoàn thành, mệnh đề chính dùng công thức WOULD hoặc COULD + HAVE + PP.

* Lưu ý:
- PP là dạng quá khứ hoàn thành của động từ. Ở động từ bất quy tắc, đó chính là cột thứ 3 trong bảng động từ bất quy tắc. Ở động từ có quy tắc, đó chính là động từ nguyên mẫu thêm ED.
- Bổ ngữ có thể không có, tùyý nghĩa của câu.
- Chủ ngử 1 và chủ ngữ 2 có thể trùng nhau.
- Mệnh đề IF có thể đứng trước hoặc sau mệnh đề chính.

Structure: If +S + had + P(II), S + would/could/should/might + have +P(II)
Eg: If I had known that you were there, we would have written you a letter.
If we hadn’t lost our way, we would have arrived sooner.

cấu trúc đảo ngữ của câu dk loại 3
Structure: Had + S + P(II), S + would/should/could/might + have + P(II)
Eg: If it hadn’t been for the rain, we would have come to your party
= Had it not been for the rain, we would have come to your party
Riêng cụm từ “Had it not been for” có thể được thay bằng một từ “without”, hoặc cụm từ “ But for”
Câu điều kiện loại III còn một biến thể bỏ mất vế sau, tiếng Việt dịch là “giá như”: If only ( không phải lag Only if)
Eg: If only I hadn’t said that to her.
