+ Cấu trúc câu: S + used to +V : đã từng làm gì, bây giờ không còn nữa
+ Vì gợi ý từ as nên mình nghĩ đây là cấu trúc "work as + N < chỉ nghề nghiệp>" ( = tobe+ N < chỉ nghề nghiệp>): làm nghề gì.Vậy nên biến đổi thêm N chỉ nghề nghiệp đằng sau là "a volunteer" ( tình nguyện viên) nữa

2. Mauro says he prefers to do his homework on his own
~> Mauro says that..............he would rather not................................ .........do his own homework with other people(rather)
+ Cấu trúc "would rather + V": muốn làm gì, dựa vào nghĩa nên thêm "not" nữa


3. Clara said that she had not seen the missing letter
~> Clara.................denied having seen............................ ......................the missing letter(having)
+ Dựa vào nghĩa của câu và từ having, bạn có thể thấy cấu trúc deny + Ving = chối cãi làm gì, ở đây là denied having PII vẫn same meaning, chỉ là để nhấn mạnh đã xảy ra hơn thôi


4. Making the scheme actually work will not be as easy as you think.
~> The scheme will be harder………to practice than……………………….you think(practice)
