Not at all, I don't like learning grammar because it is very boring with a lot of rules that I have to remember.

Yes, of course. Grammar is the building blocks of any language and necessary for us to convey what we want to say properly.

- Practise day by day
- Read books
- ...

It consists of too many rules.

I totally agree with this opinion. The more we practise, the fewer mistakes we make.

I totally agree. Learning skill is much more interesting than learning grammar, so learning skills will make the language learners feel interested in the language. Besides, learning skills is a good way for them to practise grammar.
