$1 = \frac{1+1}{2} \\ \\ \frac{1+2}{2} = \frac{2+1}{2} \\ \\ \frac{1+2+3}{3} = \frac{3+1}{2} \\ \\ \frac{1+2+3+4}{4} = \frac{4+1}{2} \\ \\ ............................... \\ \\ \frac{1+2+3+..+100}{100} = \frac{100+1}{2} \\ \\ S = \frac{1}{2}( 1+2+..+100 + 1.100) = 2575$

Với n là số tự nhiên, ta có:
$\dfrac{1}{n}(1+2+3+...+n)=\dfrac{1}{n}.\dfrac{(n+1)n}{2}=\dfrac{n+1}{2}$
AD vào bài ,ta được:
$S=1+\dfrac{1}{2}(1+2)+\dfrac{1}{3}(1+2+3)+...+ \dfrac{1}{100}(1+2+3+...+100)$
$=1+\dfrac{2+1}{2}+\dfrac{3+1}{2}+...+\dfrac{100+1}{2}$
$=1+\dfrac{(2+3+...+100)+99}{2}$
$=1+\dfrac{5148}{2}=2575$
