EIFFEL TOWER
The Eiffel Tower is an iron tower built by the River Seine in Paris, France. And it was named after its designer Gustave Eiffel. Completed in 1889 for Exposition Universell ( Universal Exposition ), the Tower was originally 300m tall- the world’s tallest free- standing structure at the time it was built. Its heigh has been 324m since 2000 as an antenna was put in its top. There is access to there floors by stairs and elevators. There are two resstaurants : one on the first floor and a more expensive one on the second floor.
The Tower is opened to visitors 9:30 a.m – 11 p.m most days of the year. There is an entrance fee of between EUR 10.70 for adults and between EUR 2.30 and EUR 5.90 for children, depending on Which floor you wish visit by elevator. Those who wish to use the stairs will be charged EUR 3.50 .Children under the age of three enter for free.
