Music has always been a source of happiness to all men on the earth. From their primitive days, men's love of music has led them to make instruments of all descriptions to produce beautiful music for their enjoyment and happiness.

Without music the world would indeed be a very dull place to live in. Even nature is full of music. There is music in the movements of the winds, the sea, as well as the trees; there is music in the calls of the birds, flies and insects and also in the night of the birds and animals. It is from all these things that men have learnt to appreciate the value of music. The same things have also taught men how to produce music from the simplest of things such as sticks, bamboos, and animal horns. Men make many kinds of flutes with bamboos which produce beautiful music.

That music is very important for men's happiness is hard to deny. Music removes men's depression and fills them with gladness. It is for this reason that music is played even in hospitals to cheer up the sick people.

As music has the capacity to make men happy, it contributes greatly to men's success in life. A happy man is a good and hard worker. He works happily among people and ẹarns the good-will or all around. People like to associate with him and to employ him in all kinds of work. Thus, he leads a happy and successful life.

The value of music in the happiness of man is therefore great.

Walking is a good form of exercise and requires less physical efforts than any other regular forms of exercise. I walk regularly in the morning to keep my body fit.
Do you know that walking is the best form of free hand exercise? I think you are well informed about it. In fact, walking does not need any specific cause to perform and the benefits are more than your imagination. I get the walk done in the morning so that I can have a healthy beginning of the day. When I go out for the walk, I have the chance to breathe in the fresh air. Besides, the surrounding environment is calm and quiet. There are not traffics on the roads and everything remains silent which is not found in the other times of the day. So, I walk in the morning. Besides, I have to sit all the time in my office (the boring desk job) and lack the required movements to burn calories I intake. Though the calories are not harmful now, they contain the potentials to affect me after few years if I do not care about them from now. This is another important issue for me to walk in the morning.

The morning walk is helping me to a great extent to maintain my fitness level. I have been walking for around three years and as a result, my weight is under control and the heartbeat follows the regular rhythm while many of my colleagues have gained weight only for their desk job whereas I have been fit as I was in the beginning days of my job. Moreover, the morning walk makes my mind fresh and I feel lucky to breathe in the fresh air. Usually, the air is hot and polluted in the busy hours in this Lion city and I also cannot manage enough spaces to walk speedily. So, I have picked the morning to get the walk. Besides, it gives me the energy to deal all the challenges at my office. Moreover, I can think clearly which I believe is the benefit of walking as it keeps my thoughts cool always.
The activity that I’m going to talk about today is jogging, a simple and easy form of exercise that anybody can do with little money.
As you might know, undergraduates are apparently very busy with their study so they barely do any exercise. However, that is not the case for me since I still spend at least 30 minutes a day going jogging to stay healthy.
Unlike going to the gym, jogging is definitely way much easier for beginners and doesn't expensive at all. Usually, after a three-mile jogging in the morning, I feel extremely stronger and full of energy. Sometimes I do jogging in the evening and it is also fantastic.
This type of exercise helps me to keep fit and refresh my mind after a stressful day. This is certainly another best benefit of jogging which improves my mental health and balances my moods. Also, doing jogging regularly like this can prevent numerous unwanted diseases, I have experienced the positive effects of jogging after three-month practice. It is clear that my body gets stronger and more flexible. Somehow I have been more resilient to stress and able to concentrate longer.
Because of these benefits, I will continue with jogging and definitely will recommend other people to do the same.
Staying in good shape is everyone’s concern and I am no exception. To be honest, I have been so caught up in my study since I entered university that I have a problem in organizing my daily routine. However, I have been participating in a yoga class for about 2 years, which takes me only 1 hour a day, to try to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Unlike dancing or running, yoga definitely involves stretching actions. You might look at yoga and think that it is light and easy but it is more demanding than it appears. Yoga allows me to work on all the parts of my body. It can burn a lot of calories in just one hour of training. Also, it enhances my flexibility and suppleness in every single movement.
What I enjoy the most about yoga is meditation. It is all about regulating your breathing and helping you take things off your mind easily. Another thing is that doing yoga is supposed to be good for curing headaches and digestion-related problems, so it benefits not only physical well-being but also mental health.
By maintaining a schedule of taking part in the yoga class on a daily basis, I feel extremely relaxed and full of energy after the class. It helps me to keep fit and refresh my mind after a long stressful day. And of course, I don’t see myself stopping practising this activity any time soon.
4.
Help the community protect the environment
  • participating programs such as collecting garbage on the streets, reusing and recycling bottles and cans.
Help the poor and the old
  • help them with a lot of hard work
  • Take care of them when they are sick( example)
Do voluntary work
  • donate their blood
  • Join many campaigns such as green summer, world hour

Teenagers are the future generation of our country, that is the reason why they must know what they should do to help the community nowadays. First of all, teenagers can help the community protect the environment. It is a good idea for teenagers to keep the environment clean by participating programs such as collecting garbage on the streets, reusing and recycling bottles and cans. Furthermore, it would be better if teenagers help the poor and the old. For example, teenagers can help them with a lot of hard work or take care of them when they are sick. Another thing teenagers can do to help the community is to do much voluntary work. Why don’t they donate their blood and join many campaigns such as green summer, world hour etc… In conclusion, teenagers can help the community very much by the following way I have mentioned above
