What do u think about eastern and western cultures ? Today, I will compare to you see the differences and similarities between Vnese and American cultures.
Firstly, in America, Old-aged parents live in nursing homes. Unlike Americans, In Vn, elders live with children and take care by their sons. So often have more than two generations live under one roof.
Secondly, In America, children sleep in their own bedrooms but in Vn, they often sleep with their parents. Only the rich, they sleep in separate rooms for ease of learning and living.
Christmas and New year holidays are the most important with Americans so they anniversary very solemn. In Vn, Lunar New Year is the most important. They also celebrate a relative's death. On this day, they often cook many dishes and relatives are invited to attend.
In short, there are many cultural differences between Vietnamese and American culture....
