[imath]A=\dfrac{5}3\iff \dfrac{\sqrt{x}+2}{\sqrt{x}}=\dfrac{5}3[/imath]

[imath]\iff 3(\sqrt{x}+2)=5\sqrt{x}\iff 2\sqrt{x}=6\iff \sqrt{x}=3\iff x=9[/imath]
