Interviewer: It was a video we made, recreating the process of sending mail by post. How do you feel?
ABC: Ukm... I see it is a long, complicated process, it take a lot of time, there are even letters that can’t find the recipient’s address, leading to the mail not being delivered to the recipient.
Interviewer: Yes. I feel the same way. In the era of technology 4.0 now, there are many smart devices that support communication. So which one do you think is the most useful device that could replace hand mail?
ABC: Ukm... I think it is a smartphone.
Interviewer: Why do you think so?
ABC: Ukm... Because smartphones can both help us communicate far away even in a foreign country, and can carry with us at any time because of its compactness and convenient.
Interviewer: Yes. Smartphones are the most useful, convenient and widely used device now. Thank you for accepting our interview!
