A child will be an aldult in the future.A good citizen in future must be a good child who were growing up in a good envirnoment of education.There are some parents who believe that children should use all of their free time to participate in activities such as sports, music, playing with friends and doing extra homework instead of doing chores at home. Others think that children should be taught how to do housework as soon as they are old enough. I also think that sharing in household tasks can benefit children of all ages and therefore we will have a cosier atmostphere in our family.
First of all, household tasks build the children's skills. For example, very young children can learn the classifications skills when the pick up their toys and put them in the carbinets after playing.Older children can learn about the importance of cooperation by helping their parents with the housework. If everyone in the family has their own role to play in keeping the home clean, children can learn how to fulfil their duties in family. For example, after I grew tall enough, I was given the chore of washing the dishes. My younger brother was given the job of drying and putting the dishes in the cabinets. We were taught that only after the chores were done, could our family have the time for more amusing activities, such as going to the movies or on a picnic. Thus, by doing our jobs as we were instructed, we were very happy because we have just done a good job and due to our "co-operation" ,we can complete tasks more efficiently. Secondly,by doing household tasks, we can also develop a sense of responsibility by helping parents with the housework. We were also taught about cleaning and cooking which may seem dull, but knowing how to do them make life a lot easier.Let's imagine what will you can do if you are unable to do your own laundry or cook anything for yourself?... Another very important reason is that if every member in the family share household tasks together, the family will be happier. Children can help their parents with simple tasks such as picking up their own rooms, starting dinner occasionally, or taking care of younger siblings..Then the family can relax together, and parents won't feel like servants to their "couch potato" offspring.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that children should help with the household tasks as soon as they are old enough. The children will be more confident and responsile aldults .This is because if they can successfully handle tasks at home, they will handle life better, too. It is very useful in their future lives when they grow older.

From the past to now, humans have to work to feed themselves. In fact, nobody can live well without working. So, we need to encourage our children to do housework because it will help them gradually understand the values of life. There are some reasons below to support this opinion: Working makes children more independent and it’s a good character that one child should have. Sadly, lots of children are becoming more and more passive now due to the indulgence of their parents. Most of rich families have their own merchants, so their children don’t have to do anything. Even some poor or normal families also don’t want their children do housework because they are afraid that children will damage anything they do. However, they are totally wrong. When children do housework, they will become more active. They can take care of themselves when their parents go away in a few days. When they join a party or come to their friend’s house, they will know how to behave instead of standing alone and do nothing. Working makes children become more healthy. As a matter of fact, many children are obese due to the lack of activities. Obviously, when children do housework, they will burn more calories. Their body will become stronger and rarely suffer from diseases. Having a healthy child is a common wish of many parents. But they can’t have such children if they require their children staying in the house, doing anything they like except doing housework. My neighbor is a good example for this case. Although their parents are rich, children still have to do housework like washing dishes or cooking something when they have free time. And now they aren’t afraid of doing anything. They are very dynamic and healthy. Doing housework is a basis step to make children understand the value of life. Parents have to work to support their family. Children also need to do something to support their parents. It’s a basis lesson that we all learn. When children help their parents do housework, they may face some problems because they have never done such a thing like that before. However, when they do it several times, they will be familiar with it. And until then they will truly understand the meaning of life. In conclusion, children should do housework. We can ask our children to do some easy housework at first. Then, we gradually ask the children to do some more difficult housework. And that’s the thing that children should do.
