Từ must ko có hình thức quá khứ nên chúng ta mượn từ have to chuyển thành had to
Nhưng khi dùng cho hiện tại, hay nói về bộ luật, nguyên tắc ứng xử thì
+ Must: thể hiện sự cấm đoán, sự bắt buộc, 1 luật lệ
+ Have to: thể hiện điều nên làm, cần làm, sắc thái nhẹ nhàng hơn must nhé
