$CO_2 + 2KOH \rightarrow K_2CO_3 + H_2O$
$CO_2 + KOH \rightarrow KHCO_3$

$n_{CO2}$ = $n_{K2CO3}$ + $n_{KHCO3}$ = 0.015 + 0.06 = 0.075 mol
%$V_{CO2}$ = $\frac{0.075 * 22.4 * 100}{6} = 28%$
