Câu này thì theo chị là right up có nghĩa là đi ngược dòng thẳng lên lại đầu nguồn á nó gần nghĩa với cụm all the way up : suốt cả thời gian hay quãng đường của họ thì họ chỉ có mục đích đi lên phía đầu nguồn để ngắm khung cảnh từ đó . Chị nghĩ em thắc mắc vì sao ko chọn c phải ko. Nhìn vô thì sẽ thấy c đúng hơn nhưng thì D nghĩa ms đúng
