The gate looked quite simple. There were lotus ponds on either side of the long gravel path. A small round white lake in front of the main hall. thre was only one big statue in the middle of the hall. I went round and found ten pieces of advice in clear handwriting but I could remember two or three of these. Here and there I could see small huts-they looked quite old yet clean and energy - saving thanks to the pond in the back. The fish were chasing in clear and safe water. The birds were hopping on the ground. The bamboo branches were moving in the wind. There was no pollution of any kind though it was only about seventy metres from the main road. I closes my eyes and breathed deeply. My past stressful days and worries passed! "What an idea palce for those who want to live in peace and meditation!" I went deep into the year and saw a thin old monk sitting under the tree. His eyes closed but a smile was radiating his whole face. I tiptoed out but looked back, hoping the old monk would open his eyes. "Maybe next time".
