Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently went with some friends to your restaurant to celebrate my birthday. I have to say that the experience was very disappointing. First of all, the service was very slow and one of the waiters was rude to us. When we asked him for help, he simply repeated 1 $..........$ was on the menu. In addition, when the food finally came 2 $..........$ was cold and undercooked. Finally, the bill was too high because we were charged for some food and drink that we had not ordered and did not receive. I can assure you that we will never visit your restaurant again and we will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
