I. The present progressive tense:
1. That young is looking after a lot of patients.
2. My brother isn't still eating meat at the moment.
3. Are the workers building a bridge over that river ?
4. Who are they keeping in the kitchen ?

II. The past progressive tense:
1. I was watching TV when my father came back home.
2. The pupils weren't learning the lesson at 10 yesterday.
3. Mr. Green wasn't cooking dinner at this time yesterday.
4. Were they playing chess when i called at 8 yesterday ?
5. Was Mr. Pike cleaning his car when his wife came back from the market ?

III. The present perfect tense:
1. Someone has taken some of my books away
2. We have ever visited that city
3. The government hasn't changed that regulation yet.
4. They haven't met their old teacher for ages.
5. Have you finished your work yet ?
6. Nobody has ever treated me with such kindness.
7. How long have they waited me for the doctor ?
8. No one has opened that box for the last 10 years.

IV. The past perfect tense
1. I had read this newspaper before 10 pm yesterday.
2. They had done their homework when they went to bed.
3. We hadn't finished our work when our boss came
4. Had she had breakfast when you visited her ?
5. When we got home last night , we found that someone had broken into the flat.

\Rightarrow Had breakfast been had by her when you invited her?
5. When we got home last night , we found that someone had broken into the flat.
\Rightarrow When we got home last night, we found that the flat had been broken into.
