Đây đơn giản chỉ là câu lược bỏ đại từ quan hệ dạng câu chủ động trong mệnh đề quan hệ( reduced relative clauses ) thôi bạn ạ nên ở đây đáp án là C.

Còn year phải có s vì 17 tuổi đương nhiên là số nhiều rồi, khi nói về tuổi tác thì bạn vẫn áp dụng quy tắc nhiều ít để chia danh từ year như bt thôi!
