cách t 2 thì bạn chỉ cần xác định chủ ngữ của câu bị động
vd câu 1 là he, câu 3 là england
rồi làm như cấu trúc câu bị động S + was/were + said to-inf/to have + V3

* Các động từ agree, allege, announce, assume, hope, believe, claim, consider, estimate, expect, feel, find, know, report, rumor, say, think, understand, etc. thì dạng bị động có thể được diễn đạt theo hai cách:
(1) It + be + pp + that-clause
(2) Subject + be + pp + to-infinitive ( 2 hành động xảy ra đồng thời)
Subject + be + pp + to have + pp ( hành động trong mệnh đề that xảy ra trước hành động trong mệnh đề chính)
Ex: People say that he is a good doctor.
→ It is said that he is a good doctor.
→ He is said to be a good doctor.
Ex: We know that he was a spy.
→He is known to have been a spy.
→It is known that he was a spy.
