Câu này đã có best rồi thì không dùng good nữa!

5. It/ difficult/ find/ apartment/ HCM City

~> It is difficult to find the apartment in HCM city.

Trong câu này không dùng the mà dùng an :D

Những câu còn lại đơn giản rồi nên mình không có ý kiến gì, duy chỉ có ở câu 6 cả 2 bạn đều không chú ý một gợi ý rất quan trọng: teamS . Do đó chắc chắn câu này phải được viết theo cách khác. Theo mình là:
