2. Three men arrived on Monday and painted the inside walls.
3. They used the wrong color and still painted over the carpet
4. They also broke a valuable vase.
5. The foreman had assured me that they would repaint (the) walls.
6. I will go away on business and will not return until Friday.
7. All walls are still in the same color.
8. The foreman (had) also promised that the company would pay for the damages for the vase.
9. I would like to/ will enclose the bill with my letter for this.
