Mình đc biết là cấu trúc này hay dùng trong chuyển câuchủ động, bị động.

Ví dụ : It's said that she stolen
-> She is said to steal. ( kiểu này hay dùng hơn )

Bị động với các động từ: say, report, think, believe, understand, know, expect...
Câu chủ động: S + say(report, think, believe, understand, know, expect...)+ that +1clause
C1: ~>It + tobe + said (reported, thought, believed, understood, known, expected...) + that + 1clause
C2: ~>S(trong clause á) + tobe + said (reported, thought, believed, understood, known, expected...) to-inf/to have + V3....
Notice: dùng to have + V3 để nhấn mạnh hành động đã xảy ra trong quá khứ
Ví dụ 1: People say that He often treats him wife badly.
--> It is said that He often treats him wife badly.
--> He is said to treat him wife badly.
Ví dụ 2: People know that her sister was at the New Century Club last night.
--> It is known that her sister was at the New Century Club last night.
--> Her sister is known to have been at the New Century Club last night.
