We all know that Facebook has become one of the most popular social media in recent years.Facebook is more than just a social network, it’s a global community. It is a common belief that facebook has brought more disadvantages than advantages to people in a particular teenagers. It is also argued that there are other social media alternatives, which offer a lot of benefits to those who use it. And more than just connecting friends, it’s making the world feel smaller and more connected. This social media application can be used for more than just chatting with friends or posting pictures, you can also get many benefits from this by following certain steps and strategies. This is why there are some people who think of Facebook as a tool that is meant for spying on people which can be used to sell information about an individual or their personal life. Some argue that teenagers should not be allowed on Facebook because they cannot always control what they share with others. It is also argued that these children have no idea how much power they have until its too late. Hence, it is clearly shown that teenagers may eventually lose the ability of socialising if they overuse the internet. Some teenagers are getting addicted to this application whether they are looking for anonymous chatting, connecting with friends and family, connecting with employers, etc. There are many people who do not understand how it works.In conclusion, using facebook brings numerous advantages and disadvantages to our lives. However, I believe that we should spend our time wisely on using facebook as it can be more beneficial provided we do not overuse it.
