Dear whom it may concern (local authority),
I am Chi, who lives next to Mr Cameron, my neighbor lives at number .... Just to let you know, I've been finding quite a bit of litter which I am supper unhappy about. I've found some three days ago and still seeing them in my area. I did not expect that it was from Mr Liam Cameron who have dropped it, but through putting an eye on this problem, I've seen it, clearly saw it and did record it. I was just making sure that there will be enough evidences to the council and I did warn him, my neighbor about this unaccepted behaviour. I am very disappointed at this problem and really want you to solve this problem as soon as possible because they smell very bad. I will continuously keep an eye on this and will report it to you with more evidences.
