Limiting the use of personal transport to switch to using public transport such as buses, coaches, trains... brings many benefits not only to individuals but also to society. So I agree with this view for the following reasons.
Benefits of public transport
Individual:
- Save on commuting costs
- Limit stress when you have to self-control
- Limit the impact of the weather outside such as sun, rain, wind, ...
- There is plenty of time to enjoy life: reading, listening to music, chatting,...
Benefits for society:
- Reduce traffic congestion and make vehicle users safer.
- Reduce fuel consumption
- Reducing environmental pollution by reducing emissions from personal motor vehicles
In addition to the benefits that private vehicles have, there are still many disadvantages that adversely affect the environment in general and our health in particular (here is the respiratory system due to inhalation of toxic fumes damage emitted by vehicles). In my personal opinion, we should use public transport instead of private means of transport.
