Some people say that traffic accidents are caused by the increasing number of motorbikes. Others blame for man's fault. Which point of view do you agree ? State at least three relevant evidences.

Some people say that traffic accidents are caused by the increasing number of motorbikes. Others blame for man's fault. Which point of view do you agree ? State at least three relevant evidences.

In my opinion, I agree with all the above because of the following evidences:

1. Some people never obey traffic laws, which causes many serious accidents.
2. When vehicles are invented in large numbers, some users will use them incorrectly.
3. In some countries, the government doesn't care about safety of the road users.
