Before being put to the pie, one of the components, potato, goes through a six-stage preparation
procedure. On the production line, potatoes are the first component to be prepared. They
are transported to the plant up to a month before the process begins, and they must be cleaned,
peeled, and sliced before the process can begin. The peelings from the potatoes are discarded , and the
sliced potatoes are boiled , chilled, and preserved.
Taking turn to the salmon preparation, lemon juice and salt are added to fresh salmon when it arrives at
the plant, and the fish is cooked in a steam oven within 12 hours of delivery. The fish is next examined to
make sure that all skin and bones are removed after the discard . Prepared peas, sauce, and potatoes
are added after an inspection. Wrapped, frozen, and stored or dispatched fish pies are the final step to
create finished and perfect products.
