Vietnam has many traditions and customs, the most popular of which are Tet and worshiping Mr. Cong and Mr.Tao. I will tell everyone about these two special traditions and customs. First of all, the Lunar New Year, or called Tet is an extremely big holiday for Vietnamese people. Before this day, people will clean up, decorate their homes with beautiful peach blossoms and apricot blossoms. Everyone will also have new clothes, visit relatives' homes and send them gifts, wishes for a very lucky new year. This, everyone, will also enjoy a traditional dish "Banh Chung". It is fun everywhere on Lunar New Year. And as for worshiping Mr.Cong and Mr.Tao, Vietnamese people will clean up the kitchen, then buy carp and drop them into a pond or lake to take him back to heaven to announce his work with Ngoc Hoang in the past year. There were both stories and a TV show about the legend of Mr.Cong and Mr.Tao in Vietnam. Not only these two customs but also in Vietnam there are many other beautiful customs still exist and we need to maintain and let friends in other countries understand them better.
