In order to have a good health, there are many ways. First, sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps your immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving you the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu. Next, do exercise regularly because it has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness. Finally, eat more fruits to get vitamin C that might prevent the common cold. Furthermore, you had better drink more milk, this will be help you healthy and stronger to prevent the cold.

Nowadays health is the most essential thing in our life. Many people said that :" If you have a good health you will heve everything". I think if you don't have a good health you'll not have a perfect happiness in family, life in career, and you can't do some heavy things like: running, cycling, fitness and even walking. And also you need it to cross the diseases. If you want to have a good health, you need to take care of yourself and we should stay healthy by many different ways. First of all, you need to eat healthy food like vegetables or fruits because if you eat a lot of vegetables and fruits it will provide many vitamins C. Secondly, you need to do morning exercise. It not only make you keep fit but also make you be stronger.
In short, health is more precious than gold's and money's so we must keep fit and stay healthy.

It is undentiable that keep fit stay healthy play an important role in our life. Nowadays, several people don't know how to stay healthy or they ignore this problem to live an unhealthy, indiscriminate life. Therefore, they usually feel tired, lack of energy and get sick often, beside that, their memory also have to decrease. If we continue live an unhealthy life, it will bring a lot of disavantages to us. So what should we do to stay healthy? Firstly, we should get enough sleep. People should only sleep 7-8 hours per day, get enough sleep makes us decrease the tiredness and brings us a energy to work or study. Secondly, we should usually do the exercise - the activities which are beneficial for our heath such as : running, walking, swimming, jogging or boxing... Do the exercise brings us a strong body and supple muscle, it also trains us to have a patient morale. Finally, we should eat the healthy, cooked food. We have to eat much vegetables and fruits, just right the seafood (fish, shrimp, crab...) and the meat to keep a fit body.
In conclusion, there is no doubt that stay healthy is very important in our life. If we want to have a fit, strong body, you had better stay healthy and keep fit.
