Secondly, we should usually do the exercise - the activities which are beneficial for our heath → health such as : running, walking, swimming, jogging or boxing... Do the exercise brings us a strong body and supple muscle, it also trains us to have a → Ф patient morale. Finally, we should eat the → Ф healthy, cooked food. We have to eat much → a lot of vegetables and fruits, just right the seafood (fish, shrimp, crab...) and the meat to keep a fit body. In conclusion, there is no doubt that stay → staying healthy is very important in our life. If we want to have a fit, strong body, you → we had better stay healthy and keep fit.
