- Bạn đến ăn tại 1 nhà hàng được giới thiệu là rất ngon và hiếu khách. Nhưng khi bạn đến thì mọi thứ lại không như những gì được giới thiệu. Hãy viết thứ bày tỏ thái độ về việc đó và gợi í 1 số cách để khắc phục điều đó

To the manager of [name] restaurant,

I am writing this to bring your attention that I am not satisfied with your quality of service and food. The day before, I and my friend had dinner at [name] restaurant and we had quite a frustrating time there. The staff was not friendly at all, and some of them got pretty pissed whenever I ordered something else. For the food, my steak was not cooked properly and it was still a bit raw on the side. The sauce tasted surprisingly bland and the staff even brought me a different drink from what I had ordered. I and my friend were completely disappointed, for we were recommended before that your restaurant might hit the spot for us.

I hope in the future [name] restaurant will be able to alter for the better deeds.

- Last sunday, i decided to have dinner with my ... (anyone you like) in it/ (the name of the restaurant). It didn't come up to my expectation(s).
+ Although I had booked the seats in advance, when I came, I had to waited for more than 20 min to sit
+ It may due to the fact that I am not lucky enough, I won't mention it.Then when we asked for the menu, we realized that it did not have the same dishes as that on advertisement...
+When the food is served, they were not
+The waiter drop my drink, and my dress was dirty. But he did not say sorry
- Suggestion:
+ Improve your service
+ Plan for what will happen to the guest
