Dear Santa,
I hope you're well. Like many years, I know you're hauling big ticket items. This year, I don't want any presents from you, I just want you to give them to poor children in the world. Have you ever read "The little match girl" written by Andersen? It's a sad story about a poor little girl, bareheaded and barefoot, and she had to sell packages of matches to alive in a very cold night - the New Year's Eve. There were lots of people on the streets but they didn't care about her. It was getting colder and colder, she didn't dare to go home, her father would surely beat her because she had sold no matches nor earned a single cent. So, and then, she felt down and died in the corner of that street as cold and alone. Yesterday, I watched news about life around the world on TV and I saw lots of unfortunate children in India who has the same life as "The little match girl", this makes me very heartbreaking. Certainly you do too. We all sympathy for them, they can't go to school and can't have a good life. So I just want you to give presents for them because I want them to have a good Christmas like other people.
