There are many ways to stay in heathy. Fristly, you should have a balanced diet. For example, you should drink a lot of water. You should not eat fat, meat, junk food and fast food. Especially, you shouldn't smoke, drink beer, wine and whiskey because this will make you unhealthy. Secondly, You should do exercises. For instance, you can do morning exercises: walking, jogging, running,.or you can play sports: swimming, playing soccer, playing volley ball,..because this makes you stronger, taller and healthier. Last but not least, you should sleep enough. You should sleep eight hours a day and go to bed early because it is good for your skin; helps you more optimistic, and always keep the smile on your slips. Instead of surfing the internet, you should read books before going to bed. In conclusion, there're a lot of ways that help you stay healthy.
